Fideo Intelligence has introduced Fideo Lens, an investigative intelligence platform designed to help fraud and financial crime teams uncover hidden connections among identities, accounts, devices, and behaviors. The platform aims to transform fragmented identity data into interactive investigative intelligence within minutes, reducing the time analysts spend manually searching across multiple systems.

The company states that fraud and financial crime increasingly involve coordinated networks of aliases, shared devices, and interconnected accounts and organizations. Traditional search-based investigations often obscure these relationships, requiring analysts to manually piece together data from disconnected systems. Fideo Lens seeks to address this by bringing relevant people, entities, devices, identifiers, behaviors, and activity into a single interface, allowing teams to visualize connections and examine how individual signals may be related.

Fideo Lens provides interactive relationship mapping, which uses graph-linked intelligence to connect people, accounts, devices, identifiers, organizations, and behaviors. This helps analysts identify relationships that might not be apparent in individual records. The platform draws from Fideo’s Identity Fraud Intelligence Network (iFIN), which encompasses digital activity, offline attributes, phone and email information, location and IP data, professional sources, breach intelligence, and behavioral data.

The platform also offers faster entity resolution and stronger network analysis, enabling investigators to use available signals to distinguish between identities, identify potential aliases, and find connections across related accounts or entities. Fideo Lens provides explainable findings with reason codes to offer context about why a relationship or risk was surfaced, assisting analysts in evaluating investigative leads and documenting decisions. The intelligence is continuously refreshed in real-time as new signals become available, helping teams identify emerging relationships and changing risk patterns.

Fideo Lens is designed to complement existing fraud, AML, or investigative technology rather than replace it. The platform offers analysts a connected view of identity intelligence that can be used alongside alerts, case management systems, and other internal systems of record. This integration aims to reduce the time investigators spend moving between systems, allowing them more capacity to analyze complex cases. Improved network visibility can help teams recognize coordinated activity earlier, identify broader fraud networks, and make risk decisions with more complete information.

The platform is intended for use by financial institutions, fintechs, payments companies, investigative platforms, and public-sector technology partners to analyze high-risk activity. It is also designed to aid fraud, AML, and risk platforms, government technology partners, federal integrators, analytics providers, collections platforms, and organizations supporting enforcement or recovery efforts.
